Status monitoring is not automated yet

This page previously displayed uptime percentages, latency figures, and an incident history. None of those numbers were measured — they were hardcoded placeholders, and they have been removed.

Real health checks with live subsystem status are planned for Phase 4 of the rebuild. Until then, if something is not working, the honest answer is here: we do not have an automated status feed yet.
